The Figma service was experiencing intermittent performance issues last night which prevented a number of customers from being able to use Figma. The root cause was a change which increased load on our caching layer. The performance degraded over time and eventually resulted in a partial outage. Our team identified and resolved this issue around 7am this morning. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and will be running a complete postmortem to learn from this and prevent future incidents.
